This is the best okpa recipe I've ever tried, and my okpa turned out perfectly sweet. I've watched many KZbin videos on how to prepare okpa, but none of them yielded good results until I watched this video. I'd give your recipe 10/10, and because of that, I'll subscribe to your channel, too.

Hi! I have made okpa several times and they always don't come out well. I use onions, pepper, maggi and salt . My okpa comes out hard bottoms and extremely soft top is onions not allowed in okpa? Nice video

You can make with Onions and Crayfish but not Maggi, just following the way i did , but always tie your okpa and put direct to the pot , don't keep it before putting in the pot ok and always mix with hot water ❤️
