Hi,i cooked shrimps with this recipe but im little sad because they are so sweet! Not like the taste if i order sushi.. because i bought the shrimps that we have in our supermarket but this is not black tiger like or white shrimps you said =\ i guess you can never have the same taste of the shrimps in sushi if you eat in restaurant and if you cook it by yourself..
