How to prepare the Samyang Buldak hot chicken flavor ramen - cheese

It is the first time I tried the Samyang buldak hot chicken flavor ramen - cheese. Since I can't take hot food, I added only about 1 teaspoon of the hot sauce. I recommend doing this for other first timers, as the sauce is very hot. You cannot remove the spiciness, but you can add and mix more sauce through the noodles, after a quick taste. So start with a little bit of the sauce and gradually add more to your liking. At the end, I added the cheese powder, but it turned out really clumpy. I think it is better to use a sieve and dust the cheese on top right before eating.
The noodles are thicker and chewier than what I am used to with Korean instant noodles and it was tasty. The sauce was really spicy and I do taste hints of chicken and cheese through the spiciness.

It is hard to find Korean noodles where I live, so when I see a new flavor that I haven't tried before in a store and at a not too high price, I have to buy it. 😄
