Nice, slow explanation of using the Darwin menu. However, I’ve never been a fan of offering up recommendations during the menu presentation. I feel it negates every other product on the menu and tells the customer they shouldn’t be choosing those. I present all of my products to each customer, with their specific reasons/benefits, based on our initial conversation, and let them make a choice from there. I always keep recommendations to myself unless asked by the customer.

I do exactly this! When you start with all the negating options or plans, that's how you sound like a seller.

Do you offer a service for a presentation review like you did with Mike(I think), the f&i manager? Where an f&i manager could either zoom for the review or submit a video?
