You can search DIY heat press pillows, easy and cheap to make. Makes a huge difference. Spent about $20 for a set that would have cost over $90.

Hey B. Hope you're still responding to this post. I've tried this with pads and pillows. I get a clean hit on the sleeve but how do you deal with the new creases that's created on the sleeve? I usually have to re-press a crease along the original seam but the new creases really never go away. My press is GeoKnight 20 but it is the older style table. They make a newer version that receives a sleeve drop in table. Can't put up the $1600 to get the newer version.

whatever size looks best to you. theres no set size for any design, it all depends on what looks good to you. take some tape and place it on the sleeve in whatever length and thickness looks good to you, take a ruler and measure that. now design to those dimensions

i just eyeball it. check the links in my description box, theres a tool called Tee Square it which helps you center up your designs. but i just eyeball that shit. lay the shirt down straight, lay the transfer down and boom.

no i only use 4 fingers for chest prints. sleeves, i would find out what placement looks best to you. then measure up from the bottom of the sleeve to your desired placement.
