The leather conditioner is the best product I’ve found for the interior of my car and it’s price is low. I also use it on all the plastics and dashboard. Awesome product.
@giannissakel72636 жыл бұрын
Daniel D925 I’m thinking to use the leather conditioner to the plastic parts of my interior too. Did you had any problem to yours plastic after the conditioner ?
@danield92576 жыл бұрын
Giannis Sakel no not at all. I use it about 3-4 times a year, and use the interior detailer for maintaining and dusting. It leaves a near matte finish. If it’s too shiny you can knock it down with a microfiber towel. About 95% of all leather seats are coated in basically plastic, so this stuff will work on everything except your gauges and your gps screen-too easy to scratch.

Ok, low key that leather came out looking freaking awesome. That shine is insane. I just hope it doesn't leave a greasy residue where you get oil marks on your clothes. But looks wise it looks awesome.

My car has a leather / Alcantara combo, would be great if a video came out how to clean it! If the leather starts wrinkling / cracking, how do I restore it?
@ChemicalGuys6 жыл бұрын
Hi Sebb, first off, please do not use anything on your Alcantara! It is a very sensitive material and the last thing you would want to do is damage it. There are very specific and delicate ways of cleaning it, but please contact your parts manufacturer to get details and instructions. As far as the leather goes, we have many videos outlining proper care for it. I will link a video outlining leather care and another one on how to prevent your leather from cracking below. I will also link a comprehensive Chemical Guys Leather kit below that is everything you need to protect your leather! Thanks for watching and stay tuned for more videos coming your way soon! kzbin.info/www/bejne/g5Wuk6CjhJ6be7M kzbin.info/www/bejne/jny8gnmlqL17fJo www.chemicalguys.com/Leather_Lovers_Kit_5_Products_16_oz_p/hol_113.htm

Hey Chemical Guys! I recently bought myself a 2013 INFINITI G37X and the color of the interior is light light gray. There is a little bit of cracking on the driver's side. I bought your leather cleaner, leather conditioner, leather protectant secrum, and the soft brush. How should I exactly do this? In what order and will the secrum damage it?

Would sprayable leather work the same way? I'm guessing it's just more of a one step process. I haven't seen u guys reply much.. I bought a gallon of sprayable leather so hopefully you guys can tell me the difference instead of ignore me lol.
@adammachado18996 жыл бұрын
azndragonbuster basically it’s works the same way. For me I have the cleaner conditioner serum and sprayable leather. The sprayable leather does a better job on the leather that’s not quite as dirty.

Can you use this on leather steering wheel or is it too slippery?
@ChemicalGuys6 жыл бұрын
Hi Terry, thanks for tuning in and watching our video. You can apply it to the steering wheel since that's where your hands interact with the leather the most. You just have to wipe down the steering wheel thoroughly before you use it, the last thing anyone wants is an accident. You should definitely give it a few minutes to dry, it's a good idea to coat that area first, clean it off and move onto the seats, arm rests and bolsters. Stay tuned Terry, more great videos are coming your way. C.G. Alex -

I don’t like the glossy look many conditioners leave on the leather. I prefer the matte finish. That’s just me.
@ChemicalGuys6 жыл бұрын
That's exactly what our product does actually, we completely agree that leather should have a non greasy matte look. Our Leather Serum and Conditioner are designed to restore and preserve the leather without changing the overall appearance. Sweat, body oils, and spills all contribute to a gloss sheen that's well above the norm of what you would expect from leather. Chemical Guys really appreciates fine leather, that's why we've released our products to make sure that leather upholstery maintains consistency for as long as possible. Stay tuned form ore great videos from the Chemical Guys team. C.G. Alex -
