Great topic! I would say just keep being the pro. Have the answers or know where to get the answers to the tough questions. It takes time but your 3 years in so your on your way!

bro im 37 and look 26 and still have this issue from time to time. just know what you do well, and exude that confidence in your work it will stand on it's own. i still have guys raise an eyebrow when i tell them i've been in industry for 20 years. cracks me up now, but i remember the irritation.

If you're a Tiler, want to make a sale? Write on a paper what you will work for for an hour? Get a stack of time slips, and give them to the customer and simply say: "what time is it?" Have them write it down, and start working. Always remember who the boss is - the customer.

"Lifetime Warranty"? Dude, what if you die before them? Who does the repair. Does this guy even still tile so who covers the warranty? All that money he scammed off hard-working people and what is, what is backed by it?
