How to Prime Fuel Sytem Volvo 2020 D13.

Truck shut down while driving and lost prim I was not able to get the truck to stay running. The truck kept losing prime. the dealership said these new Volvos are getting junk stuck in the fuel filter housing. There is a plug/flap that needs to be cleaned under primary fuel filter housing where the filter threads are. Watch video for location. The dealership said to clean that, sometime it gets clogged.
Filled the filters up three times to try and clear the clog but the truck kept dieing.
its either going to be the housing, check valve or injectors.

I just had the same similar issue happen to me in a 2021 Volvo. Low power, hesitation and surging etc etc.

What was it? The pump?

Still up in the air. Had dirt clog up that intake for the water separator

Hey question, my truck is taking forever to start (d13) and it stays misfiring. I got some bubbles in the tank. But her i open the the priming pump it came lose. Do you think its soaking air ? Or my problem is injectors and cups?

As Far as we went the Fuel Filter Housing was Either Clogged or Bad. Required Tow to Dealer for Warranty work.
