No unnecessary socializing such as going out with forced friendships, buying groceries with family unless you have finished x task. I got recommended by youtube. I guess life does take it's turn. I was trying to find out. Why can't I get more hours. I turned off most of my social media but I couldn't be more productive. Yesterday/Today, I decided to sleep more than 8 hours because I kept on getting a cold/flu everytime I slept less than 6 hours consistently. Felt great but less time. I was never taught this. When I was a kid. I didn't have many distraction, so priority was literally eat, sleep, program and school. Now it's distractions everywhere. I will update you tomorrow, of what I've prioritized.

Good on you for prioritizing sleep! I think it's bad economy to try to get more hours by sleeping less. Getting better at setting priorities and doing things in sequence instead of parallel is a better way to win back time.

Both my columns have 9-10 items and I am having a hard time crossing more than 3-4 of them off. Not because I am attached to them, but rather because they are either daily habits like journaling and exercising, or they are essential like finishing that client project and doing marketing so there is a next project. Also many of the things I listed are linked, so if I knock one of them, many others become easier. What should I do? Am I doing this exercise wrong?

Daily habits don't need to go on these lists, unless they are very time consuming. This exercise is meant more for "projects". But to be clear: "writing a book" is a project, even if it breaks down to a 3-hour-a-day writing habit. But going to the gym 3x per week is not a project, just like brushing your teeth or having lunch isn't a project. That's how I think of it, anyway.
