Wow, I just listed to another resellers you tube. She said practically the same thing. That sales slower this week from last week. And I watched this men who stated that this season and summer are the slowest of the year. Still live watching your videos. Thanks.

Yeah the summer slow down is a real thing for sure, but just suprised at how slow April has been. However, this past week was one of my busiest weeks this year. So I don’t know, eBay has just been up and down for me lately, inconsistent. Thanks for watching!!

THANK YOU!!! They lost two of mine in Feb (one was a silk Tory Burch maxi dress and I am still sad) and another one last week (linen dress made in Italy. They seem to only lose the really good items. LOL) I have never filed a claim so your video is going to be saved. Appreciate you.

Thank you for showing how to do claim with USPS. I had 2 things broken in transit and I just took the loss. If it happens again I'll do that. I wasn't sure if I could do it or the customer should do it😊.😊😊😊😊

They have lost three items for me in the last month. So far USPS has paid me for one. I ended up refunding the customers like you did. Two of my packages were on April 8th. So weird. Have never had this before.

The one i lost never received a possession scan because i used the parcel drop off. Never again. Im probably screwed

They lost 2 of my shipments last week. I refunded both buyers in full and opened cases.

I filed a claim and it was denied three times - even though it was insured. I did everything correctly they just refused the refund.

That has to be extremely frustrating. Did they give a reason? I haven’t had any issues with refunds yet. Lucky I guess.

I open the case and refunded the buyer. Post office denied my claim and said my ebay transaction record is not valid proof of value. Please let me know how did you established the value. 😢

Did they tell what else you could provide? That seems like wrong decision by the post office. It can be very frustrating! I have used a screen shot from the eBay translation in the past and did this time as well.

In the past, I just used a copy of eBay order and they have paid. The last 2 I had both got denied. They are asking for receipts, cancel check, or credit card transactions record. I don't know how to get that from ebay. Also, one of my package was damaged and they want to inspect the package so I paid the buyer to ship everything back to me and I had to take to our local post office for an inspection. Yes, it is very frustrating.

I just refund buyer and write off as a business loss. I do submit a lost package search so in case the item shows it's returned to me. It's a separate form. But I don't bother with claims. Not worth my time. Just how I do it.

Be careful telling people their peter millar will sell. It depends on how ebay directs traffic. That's why so many youtubers make the disclaimer that a certain brand sells for them but not a guarantee it will sell for others. Dependant on so many factors.The algorithm is tricky.
