Can you please elaborate more as to what do to after reaching the final step...How does one actually process the emotions towards the end after going through sift? Is there another video that follows this? Thanks!

I have practiced tips like these at home without success. When I am on a bus or outside with people I do not the space or time to relax and I use to get even more nervous if I try to do it. Any tips for these situations? Thanks for the videos. :-|
