FYI, if you've clipped the wire to allow the truck to stay running when you use the remote, you'll have to temporarily reconnect it to get the under-dash to cycle the locks.

96 key key fob transmitter needs to be FCC ID GQ43VT4T it would be on the back of the key fob cover.

In the title you wrote “ 94-97” but in the video you say 95 to 97 at least. I am having a hard time finding a remote for 1994 ( they all start at 1995). Did you know more when you mentioned 94-97 ? Thanks! GBY!

Thanks Patrick, yours is the only one that worked for my 97 f250hd obs. One point, the plug was taped up on the side of the wire harness leading to the module and difficult to find.

I've read that if it doesn't have the module installed that it's missing the harness too. Unless you have the plugs hanging there. Plenty of choices on Amazon for aftermarket kits.
