This is from their website “FDRS (Software license for FDRS is shared with IDS or FJDS)” www.fordtechservice.dealerconnection.com/VDIRS/wds/vcm_retail_renewal_Latest.asp This is the website. You will want to choose the $49.95 option. That will allow you to program. Also you can read about the difference between the software. it has to do with the tools you are using to connect to the car. Hopefully it will help you.
