Seeing an Error when trying to get a module programmed. Any advice or help? Error States: Connected vehicle has an unknown data status. It is not possible to handle this one with diagnostic tool. Ensure that the latest version of diagnostic tool has been loaded or contact after-sales department. When the measures plan was calculated a field appeared. Possible Fault Cause: Integration level (S15A-20-03-524) is incorrect or too new. Any ideas here?

Hi I give you an example... My 7 series, had for a long time a fault with one of the airbag modules... would come up with something like internal failure... Clear the the codes, would last for days, sometimes weeks and even months.... Has been doing it for 2 years... I was too lazy to reprogram it... But finally done it around Christmas last year... no issues ever since... This is just an example... the manufacturer sometimes releases updates to rectify or improve deliverability etc... hello friend, my car currently running with a ecm frm a used donor bmw, got everithing program...my question is, using the 908 do u know if its possible to erase the vin frm a donor ecm and so only the vin frm my veicle poping up wen doing emissions test...they dont want to give me the little plate sticker unless I fix thar issue....usually wen I connect the autel it will ask me to choose my vin n the donor ecm vin

When you flash/update the module, using the Maxisys, if you "tell" her the modules have been replaced, it will update the vin during programming... I have a video on my old e65, changing the Airbag gateway, and i show just that... Hope it makes sense... Thank you for watching!

u can as long as u also buy the keyfob and cas module that belongs to the ecu.....the only issue wud be that if u live in a state with extremely strict smog rules it might not pass....6/16/2020 I was instructed by a star smog tech to get in contact with state referi to fix my issue wer my car has ecu ftm other car../////6/11/202 usually when I coonect the scanner to my car that has ecu frm another car it will ask me to choose between my vin and the vin of the car that the ecu came frm....tried smoging prior and the tech said som bulls..t story that his computer cudent connect to my car.....im asuming if u buy a brand ecu ter wudent b that issue....I cant affor new ecu so if noone wants to pass my car, ima just paint the sticker with glitter nail polish to corresponding year color, n use a gps jammer so my car does popup as a red dot on cops map screen...but ten they might b wondering why my car not showing up in teir screen since its modern car or tey might not even notice epecially in city with alot of vehicles...probly I wud only get caugh if I get pulled over and cant provide up to date regristion papers.

The jbox is the interface that enables the communication between the car and the tool... Being a J2534, is also compatible with flashing capabilities and the option to be used with some OEM softwares... 👍👍👍

yes it can it works with all or nearly all brands....and only bmw and Mercedes need programming for the rest only coding is needed....only bmw and Mercedes required this more expensive tablet....for all other brands u can do the coding with the cheaper 1k tablet.

Programming usually refers to the writing of the module software... also knows flashing... Obviously Programming can refer to other software updates etc... Coding refers to the changing of settings/parameters, in this case to match the car's options etc... 👍👍👍

Hi thanks for the info. I see it has a retrofit and conversion tab, I have swapped my gearbox for a 6 speed from a 5 speed and retrofitted cruise but cruise only works up to 5th gear and when I change to 6th gear the cluster display only displays up to 5th gear and goes blank in 6th will this do this? I tried programming my new headlights to my 2017 bmw 330i, it required Ethernet connection, I kept running into connection issues. In the autel diagram I have to use the special adapter that has both Ethernet cable connection and OBD port, and then it says to poking Ethernet cable into the autel MS908P. Can I just use a personal hotspot that can connect to the connector and tablet via Ethernet ?

Yes... you need the ethernet adapter for the F series and above... It is not expensive... I believe on the new 908 that adaptor come with it... not on the old ones... I got my one from Autel directly... It is something worth to have... I never tried any workaround, so not sure if it is possible to do it in any other way... I would say no... As the autel needs to connect to the car through the ethernet to the car... Thank you for watching and for your comment!

😊 The Autel will automatically switch between the ethernet which will be connected to the car, and the Wireless when it needs to download files... Don't need to worry about that...😉

He probly meant no harm but !!When he gets to 3:30 he mentions to jump start the car to raise the voltage when no maintainer available ( a BATTERY MANTEINER IS NEEDED, a 15 to 25amp unit 20USD TO 50USD is more than enough to raise voltage, I used a 15amp unit for complete update). If u jump the car for programing, either u r going to burn the junction module or ur ecu/pcm/dme (if ur car battery is healthly plus jumping from another car with a healthy battery plus the altenator current frm the other car !!it will create an overcharge and burn modules). I FOLLOWED HIS ADVISE PROGRAMMING WHILE JUMPING AND MY JUNCTION MODULE BURNT WHILE PROGRAMMING MY BMW v6 328I. SINCE MY MAIN ECU/PCM/DME LOSS POWER WHILE PROGRAMMING IT DIED. !!I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER JUCTION MODULE FRM EBAY(2 JUNCTIONS THE FIRST THEY SENT WAS FAULTY) HAD TO BUY AOTHER ECU/DME/PCM EBAY AND IGNITION KEY WITH CONTROL AND A FOOTHWELL MODULE LINKED TO THE ECU FROM SAME EBAY SELLER (THE FOOTHWELL MODULE CONTAINS INMOBILISER DATA) AND 30USD BATTERY MANTINER TO PROPERLY PROGAM MY BMW AND GET IT RUNNING. He should have at least mention that when jumping from another car that the other car has to be engine off, and even so not sure if it wud work that way...….bmws and any vehicle 2005 and up should not b jumpstart frm another engine on car (risk of burn module), proper way to jump is with a cheap 30usd to 90usd lithium jumper or equivalent, or jump frm another car engine off at risk (on older vihicles it was ok to jump start from another engine on car cos the batteries were usually completely drain( probli owner left lights on) newer cars dont ever completely drain cos auto lights off or auto shutting electrical when volts low)..the only time ill risk jumping from another car with their engine on is if I was driving a v8 or larger v6 and they were driving a small v4..if it was the other way aroung me drivng v4 they driving v6 v8 I would only jump if their engine was off

Hi I feel really sorry for what happened to you... Watching my own video now, I realized I said jump the car... when what I meant was connect the maintainer... I use a 30 amp charger/maintainer... You can indeed program (not BMW really... due to the higher voltage required...), jumping from another battery/car, but both engines off... I did it few times before I bought my maintainer.... Once again... sorry...😔

@@LMAutoRepairs it throws code p0087 but goes away if I go to step on the gas hard to pass it feels like a thud then the engine just shuts off if you try to give it gas while rolling the computer on screen says fuel supply drive moderately I have to pull over to shoulder as fast as I can and then the engine shuts up if you try to turn it on again immediately it just cranks but will not start after about 20 to 12 mins later while car is off completely the car will just turn back on like normal and I can keep driving it does it randomly BMW charged me 200 to tell me it's the fuel pump that needs replacing and the ekps module, they are trying to charge me 4000 for parts and labor.

@@Luis92r I would take it to some good independent garage... I believe that that model has 2 fuel pumps... A low pressure one in the tank, and the high pressure one under the bonnet... It can be any of the two failing... The one under the bonnet, the high pressure, don't think it requires any programming... so if BMW is telling you that, means the other pump... 4k for that, seems a bit exaggerated to me... Hope that helps...

Hello, can you CODE Auxiliary to a 2004 bmw 530i on Maxitool so it can show on the display screen ? It only shows FM/AM/CD I installed auxiliary but it won't show on screen and I read it needs coding but most videos I've seen are done on INPA but I have Autel Elite scanner. Thanks

Not INPA... you can't code with INPA... Is with NCS Expert... Again, autel will do it by modifying the VO... Just add +NAUX to the vo, save it and the code the ccc and all the relevant modules... Quite straight forward...

VO=Veichle Order CCC=Car Communication Computer There is step by step guides out there... I am sure... I don't remember now from the top of my head, and if you need a step by step guide, I don't want to give you inaccurate information...

The shift solenoids. I asked transmission shop for an estimate to replace the solenoids and they told me they couldn't do it cause they had to be key coded and they didn't have that capability. They might be wrong.

Yes... the solenoids alone are just an electric valve... no coding required... The entire mechatronics is a different story...

Hi If was working and it stopped, is probably nothing to do with coding or programming... Most likely there is a fault somewhere inhibiting the cruise control.. Scan the car and look at some live data to find out what's happening... Hope that helps. Thank you for watching!

I updated and those codes left but now I get the code on dme 2f49 immobilizer anti-tampering protection and the crank but no start vehicle. No spark. Could it be synchronization? Once you flash the module with the software for the car, to change VIN number etc... and you code it... the module becomes part of the car... As if was fitted from factory...😊
