@@JasonTech Jason I have a Toshiba tv with a Insigni remote control I spent the whole night programming, or atleast trying to no avail. i really wish I can get my sports games. Any advice, I'm home sick with Pneumonia I faction In lungs hoping to have the t.v 🙏

I'm trying but it doesnt take. and im.internet connection is good and plugs and hdmi are all secure and im still getting no signal on the hdmi 2 where I have it plugged in.

Have you seen the G31 remote (Bluetooth) that also comes with the VSee Max boxes? I am having trouble programming mine. Once I do the TV first to turn the TV ON/OFF, I then go to the remote for the sound bar and program the volume up and down controls. After doing all of that, the power button on the G31 remote controls the volume on the sound bar either UP or DOWN, depending on which function I programmed last in the sequence. And, it doesn't control the TV either. Note: The programming is similar on this G31, but there is one less button, in that there is no SET button.

Thanks for the straightforward directions. This worked on our VSeeBox V2 Pro. How do we program the mute button on the remote?

Hello. Up until recently I used the TV remote to turn on the Samsung. Then I click HOME on the V See remote to get straight to the APPS to select HEAT LIVE or HEAT VOD. All of a sudden, the V See remote failed to do anything. I have had to unplug and then re-plug the HDMI from the box and pretty much start the device detection over again to get to the APPS. Have you seen that happen before? Also, I upgraded the internet from 300 to 500 mbs for better speed. Is there a reason the LIVE streams relatively well but the VOD constantly buffers? It's very frustrating if I'm trying to watch a series. Thanks!

Never ran into that. It sound like a Bluetooth problem. Did you try changing the batteries on the remote?

So, why doesn't the channel up and down and all the other buttons on the remote not work for controlling the vSeeboxes? Is there additional programming needed for them too?

Sound like you have a remote issue. You should contact vseebox.

The “i” info button does not provide a description of the tv program or movie i am watching. Pressing the button does nothing. Is that something that i have to set up?

We just got a Vseebox V2 pro, we installed and our microphone/voice control isn’t working. We paired the remote with the bluetooth in settings and still nothing. The remote also freezes occasionally where none of the buttons work except the home screen. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Perhaps we just got a bad one. Amazon has sent a message to the company and I am waiting for them to respond. I suppose the problem could be with the box but not sure.

@@JasonTech we emailed the company and they sent us a replacement remote but that didn’t solve the problem so they sent us a new box. However my stepson who is very good with technology and technical issues like this decided to do a reset on the first box before switching it out. That did the trick and thought we wouldn’t need to install the new box but after we loaded a few apps we use such as Hulu, Crackle, Pluto, then the google assistant voice recognition quit working again. He decided it must be an issue with the new box and after it was installed, the google voice assistant was working perfectly. We didn’t add any of the apps until the next day and after we did, the voice assistant quit working on the new box. We are at a loss as to why this is happening. He has the same Vsee 2pro box at his house, installed similar apps to his and his google voice assistant is working just fine.

It sound like you are getting a conflict with one of the apps you installed. Try resetting the box again, but don't install any apps for a couple of days. After a couple of days, install one app at a time but wait a day or 2 before installing more apps. This way you will find out if it is an app causing it to stop working.

When you add the input button, to go through the inputs you have to keep hitting the input.

You use the blue TV control button. Hold it in until the light is solid.

The bottom of the 2 lights doesn't come on for me. I managed to somehow get the TV power button programmed, but I cannot get the volume buttons. My vSee remote is not reforming as in the video.

Some TV come with a bluetooth remotes, your might be one. What TV do you have?

I pushed and held the set button for three seconds and then followed the steps in your video and it worked. The second light never lights up.

Same Samsung Tv's have a bluetooth remote. If you have another older Samsung remote, try using that one.

What type of remote are you trying to program? This will only work with IR remotes not bluetooth.

Ugh I’m actually looking for the opposite! My vsee remote sucks. It gets “stuck” or something I don’t know how to describe it but searching for movies, etc it takes me 5 minutes to type in the right letters. I’ll hit one letter and it shows another. And when I’m on live tv, I’ll try and get to a channel and when clicking “ok”, more than half the time it will take me to “0”?? And bring me to channel 9. Does anyone else have this problem?? I wish I can control it from my Samsung tv remote (which btw doesn’t pick up the box and I have to go to settings to find it. (I have a fairly new Samsung model too).

@@JasonTech sorry I just saw this notification. I have model v2 pro. It’s ridiculously frustrating. I can’t search for anything. The keys are all wonky. If I hit one letter or number it does another. I would love to just use another controller. The other keyboard one that came with the box doesn’t work at all. So strange

Kristina, I have same exact problem! 9, pops up out of nowhere or 0 shows up. Frustrating type in a letter in search then it disappear. Have you found a solution yet?
