Hi, am trying to make the door go to lock it self with the sequence you said but it doesn't do anything...btw i notice when you close your door it locks automatically mine doesn't do that...thnx any input appreciated

Is the lock actuator out on that door? That would be where I start troubleshooting. Start with fuse first. Good luck and thanks for watching!!

@@2003pblakey Thnx, for the input..The story goes my girlfriend lost her remote keys and am trying to get her a new key with remote i only have one normal key with mobilizer...As far as i remember the doors was locking normal from the fob, but i don't recall that was locking automatically as you close the door, does it should?​

The remote that I used is found in the link in the comments. I know mazdas are picky on thr remotes and have to be a certain frequency

I bought the same key fob but when I open the door there times the lock doesn't automatacly lock. I press twice on the key fob and still nothing

Could be a faulty fob. I never had an issue with mine but that doesn't mean noone has. There could be a problem with buttons. Replace it if needed but dont spend too much time on it if possible

I would reprogram the fob like it's a new one. Does the door lock by door switch? If not, your lock actuator may be going out
