Propagation seems to be the only way I'm going to get more Lantanas in my garden! Thanks for the info.

What month are you taking these cuttings? October? What month will you be planting them in the ground?
@simplegardening619610 ай бұрын
This was beginning November. I would pot then up in pot first before going in the ground to give then s bre chance to grow by sometime I get inpatient and do pot then directly in the ground after they root. The ground soil is not always ideal for young plants and the survival is not 100%. I grow in red clay soil.

If it is fully wooded, should I even try to reproduce the plant? Thank you
@simplegardening619627 күн бұрын
@noreenwagner8862 yes!!! Hard wood cuttings take a longer, but it still works!!!

Amaizing! Can I know how long it takes to have roots? When to move them to other pots? And do you water them again or it's only this time and that's it..

The hard wood cuttings I take in the fall months before first frost and the take longer to root. I generally leave then asking until spring so that's generally 4 to 5 months. Then I put them up into they're own pots. Generally I don't need to water then did to the high humidity area I love in but they wood need water though not as often like if they are actively growing. The lid helps to keep moisture in. Good luck!!

The pink is a really pretty lantana. Do you know the variety?
@simplegardening61969 ай бұрын
I think it's the luscious pinkberry blend. This is my favorite of the variety I had.
