Hey Dewar! Great video, A couple quick tips to make life a little easier with the Reach & Clean tool: - The more perpendicular your arm is to the window the more pressure you will exert making it scrub harder but also make it harder to glide the tool across the window - The more parallel your arm is to the window the more the tool will glide across the window - Wider portion is intended to be used facing the bottom of the windshield; it will reduce gaps towards the bottom without having to go side to side - You can tuck your final wipe towel between the handle and the bonnet plate (where they snap together) to better hold your towel in place if not using the included bonnets There are plenty of ways to get great results, but those are some of the tips the creator of the tool told me about!
