God! I know about these actions before but never used in illustrator like that. It may have saved tons of minutes in photoshop; honestly speaking Illustrator's will save more. Just Respect!

This doesn't really change the competition entires, as I only asked for 1-3 designs and they are just for me to look at, and not use in real situations. So the file formats and sizes etc aren't important in the comp

Thanks a lot for the video. I generally prefer to send the logo in AI, PDF, EPS, SVG and PSD with multiple dimension JPG/Transparent PNG (1000ppi, 500ppi, 300ppi, 72ppi).

@@royvandermarel3953 I always send an brand guideline as well. I explain everything The font I've used. The color I have used with their RGB/CMYK value/ #code. I also add mockup images into the brand guide to demonstrate how a logo will look on t-shirts / mugs / glow sign board or visiting card etc. In the end of the guideline I explain how and when a particular format you should use.

@@lukavisuals1065 Most of the time client ask for PSD when their printing vendor or web designer does not have Illustrator. In this case PSD works well. I use this method to make a layered PSD for logo. File menu > Export > Export As > Select PSD from dropdown. Now select Write Layers with Preserve Text Editablity

Curious as to why you choose to use an action, rather then "Save for Screens" and just add all the file formats and it will auto export it. You can even have it resize the artwork, too.

Screens is good and I've made videos about it going back 2-4 years. It's always good to look at all possibilities. Screens doesn't offer all file formats. There are also logo package software downloads out there out perform them all 👍

You can send it via email, use Dropbox link or something like that. I do compress the folder. If you want you can also password protect it

You can do it anyway you want. I like to show the logo and then have a synopsis of the project and the goals of the project. Then go into the design process

Hi sir, I have changed the settings to CMYK from document colour option, now when I change the CMYK colour to 60,50,50,100, I clicked on ok, then when I just checked what I found it it doesn't change, it remains unchanged, I tried 4-5 times, please help someone who is reading

You probably need to make a new document as CMYK, and then transfer the design over or design it again on the new document. That should work

Rich black is fine if you're printing in 4 color process, but if you are printing using spot colors, you're going to want your black 0/0/0/100.
