Youve got the best ability guides on youtube! In terms of favorite ability, its gotta be Titan's Windup. The cooldown is low and the damage is big. And who doesnt love punching stuff in the face!

Another banger video! This may get me to give Odin another go! I tried him out for a while on my first playthrough and it just didn't hit for me. But the idea of using BB to parry then doing a Steel Counter is really cool. I also didn't think of synergy of Mesmerize to pull them in then a Gungnir/Heaven's Cloud to rack up Zan. My fav abilities have been Shiva (hitting Cold Snap feels so good, and is SUPER helpful on FF difficulty), Phoenix (love the aesthetic, and love using Torgal to get air combos going) and Bahamut (Megaflare is SICK)

I had the same thoughts on Odin at first too... I didn't really like Arm of Darkness and how it replaced Clive's basic melee attacks and got rid of magic burst, but Zan is awesome so i wanted to keep using Odin Bahamut's Megaflare is awesome i agree, but ill have to try using Torgal with Phoenix like you mentioned... seems like it'd be great for combos :)

Love this game but i truly wish it had directional inputs for more types of basic melee attacks. And I want odin to also have more basic melee as well. It just seems so limited

I love the crap out of Satellite. I do a lot of magic bursts, so having those Tommy guns is definitely helpful. Also extremely good for bosses' ults where you typically have downtime.

@@pogoacct8611 lol yea the weapon are very diverse and the party tactics are great. Did you notice there are no status ailments or elemental weaknesses?

@@Jellordgaming i can tell you didn't play this game... The weapons/armour aren't where the massive diversity comes from. It's the Accessories which you can equip 3 at a time that allow for many many MANY different builds. There are builds that allow you to abuse freezing and slowing down time. Builds that abuse stagger. Abuse damage. Abuse air time, parry, change your dodge time and dodge bonus Etc etc. Clive alone has more diversity than anybody in final fantasy 7 remake (I love that game) yet nobody says 7 remake isn't an RPG...

@@pogoacct8611 keep in mind these are all abilities you don't need and DPS is the only thing that matters. If there are no elemental weaknesses then there is no reason to use one move set over another. You just use the one that has the most DPS. That's why the gameplay degenerates into spamming each eikons AOE special one after the next to take out all the mobs. There is no insensitive to use new eikons since they all deal the same type of damage. How stupid is the fact that I can fight fire based enemies like bombs, with fire and do the same type of damage as Shiva will against them? You can't convince me man. It's not an RPG it's a cinematic beat em up. That's fine and it's ok to like that, I don't however and that's ok too. I don't have to keep supporting SE but you can. If they start making RPGs again I'll be back on board.
