Thanks for all of the free game that you and your guests share on your channel Jamel!!!!! I took a training about a year ago and was completely *confused* as to what the Trainer was trying to convey!? After about a week of beinge watching videos with You, D'andre, and also Reggie, a light bulb went off....THIS stuff (minus the heloc hack) is what the trainer was sparingly speaking about...(infinite banking/life insurance/ trusts/ investing, ect.) Now that I better understand the concepts, I am very interested in learning more about the process of getting started! I will be reaching out to you guys soon!

Great discussion, but infinite banking should be defined. And wouldn't it be wonderful if we didn't have to worry about these criminals who sit just waiting for people to die so they can rob our estate from our surviving families?

Hi Jamel like to compliment you for the good work that you guys do and keep it up! I do want to let you know that most Wills will have to be probated! To avoid probate you need to have a revocable trust which absolutely avoids probate! The trust should be irrevocable upon death. Main point here most Wills will be probated which is needless legal expenses and time. This can absolutely be avoided 100% through a Revocable trust! Please check with your attorney to validate what I'm saying. I am not an attorney, but I think well I know for the most part I'm right you can just validate what I'm saying. This is important for most people to know.

There are additional complications if there are rental properties or real estate in different states each one of them would have to be probated as well and this could be turned into a nightmare. Please consult your real estate attorneys to eliminate these terrible outcomes it can be avoided through proper planning utilizing the trust strategy mentioned in my first comments here today. i have a “pod” (payable on death) with my bank account. unfortunately, i am “planning” to set up a Will, i just haven’t decided who i can list to come in and either collect or distribute my household good. i would love to speak to someone regarding what to have in place so NO ONE will have any issues with anything i own and most importantly to me, no one will have to have issue about collection of anything i have (want a smooth transition of my possession). please help!
