Time Touch Talk. Don't minimize touch. All affairs begin with talking. Affairs and marriages are built with the same material. Tenderness. Caring for someone. Love, care, compassion. Working operational definitions on how to make your marriage work is very necessary for couples.

Let him know he have to be transparent. If he has nothing to hide he should not be deleting massages and phone numbers.

If he knows the messages will get you angry and he continues to receive them, he is cheating already. Cheating is not just sexual

@@abbagoziemsylvia6568 Accountability is important in healthy marriages and trust is not a blind gift we offer recklessly as a way to close our eyes from things that truly exist or that really bother us. If there is significant proof of an underlying breach of trust, you closing your eyes to it is not you choosing to trust, because already it is a bother to her that is why she raised it. So carpeting it will lead her to building resentment which will eventually express itself one day as a full blown lack of trust and lack of trust will ruin everything. The proper thing to do is to bring it up as a conversation between adults, and tell him she noticed a pattern of behaviour that makes her worried. No judgment, no accusation, just a healthy way of letting an individual who should care about how their actions affect you, know that their actions is hurting you. She must be assertive and clear about her feelings and see his response. How he responds will tell her what to do next. Of course she should do it after watching a while and observing and getting more evidence before speaking to him. But to say just believe and trust when there are signs is to allow a potential issue fester.
