Excellent presentation! Stocks are the best inflation hedge I know of, with real estate being a close second. My broken crystal ball says that REAL inflation will remain relatively high (at least 4%) for the foreseeable future despite Fed's rate cuts. Therefore, this pre-retiree will continue to maintain his 80/20 allocation with the additional 2-3 years of living expenses set aside in a cash equivalent. Well done Seaside!

100% rule, with no travel and eating out little are peoples' reality now. Seniors, silver tsunami homelessness is real. Take out less and spend less to put one's shoulder against the tide of living, shrink inflation, inflation, etc.
