Why would you want to prove they are n unfit parent. The point is to just be there and ensure they don't have the wrong people around them. No matter what you're supposed to support them in the interest of the children's welfare n emotional wellbeing.

Because if they’re an unfit parent they are the “wrong people” to have around the children. An abusive, m3ntally ill drug addict is damaging to have around a child.

@pocahontas4583 this is true in extreme cases. But there are many people that have issues and are still reasonably parents. . That statement seems a bit rigid.

@wrightfamilylawgroup I personally still factor in other factors. Its not about me it's about the children. If I feel the need to attempt to to be dominant then that not because I want my way. Its because I've identified that there are control issue's. from the other side. You have to read between the lines as best you can.
