I got my Bonsai Tree around July, it's the same as shown in 2:20. It grew very good and had a lot of outgrown branchess, so I pruned it. It's almost november and there havent been new outgrown branches yet, is that fine?

I want my bonsai to grow a beautiful head of greenery whatever little stem has one or two leaves and they turn black and fall off and they are very small I have planted it a year ago and a large round bowl with an open-top should I replant it any ideas are greatly appreciated
