Looks good. The front foot and the hopping up are new information. Thanks.

Flat water. Calm day. NO problem. But prone in the ocean is a different story as the surface of the water is constantly changing while in flight. Any tips for pumping thru churned up water, into the wind, how to turn to go out so you don’t slow down?, etc. Thanks

Thoughts on MA 1750 and upcoming APF 1880.? 200 lbs. wingfoiling with intermediate skill level but not great at long pump n glides.. interested in getting better at pump and glide, current setup HS 1550 v2 w 300 tail and 60 fuse. Might get a foil assist to practice on no wind days..

Cool. Love the 1550v2. Great foil. Both mentioned will have way more glide than the 1550 but not as much rail to rail turning. The APF 1675 is more similar size to the MA1750. The 1880 will be a monster. For winging the MA1750 will probably be the best option as it will have the best breach recovery, more glide and speed range. The APF works killer for light air winging as you get up on foil and stay on foil with very little forward speed. That being said for what you are doing, I think that the MA1750 will be the ticket. I would pair that with the Flow 235 tail which has a nice speed range and good turning or for max glide with a little stiffer turn the Glide 220. With any of these big foils and being a bigger rider, the Performance mast will be a nice addition to deal with the amount of torque you will put on these foils. Hope that helps and feel free to call the shop with more questions.

@@REALmattnuzzo thanks very much for the excellent info. I’m gonna start with the 1550 2050 and 1225 and then consider getting the 1750. I would think that would be a good light wind foil in general for winging as well. Need to invest in some more tails and learn to use the smaller ones.

What fuselage was used with the 1325 and 195?

Oscar uses the 60cm. I use the 70cm for more stability and longer pumps.

In the surf... so he didn't pump for 2h47m but rode waves in between. It's still a sensational accomplishment!
