I liked the video but I would have loved to have had the advice from a qualified mortgage broker who deals with properties and mortgages. It seems that Alex is an Estate Agent for commercial properties but I would like to hear from a broker who deals with properties day in and day out, to see the procedure. If you already have your accounts in order and Alex helps to find the property, then you'd need the mortgage adviser to find the mortgage, no? Also I would like to know about raising funds to to improve the Church, if you already have your own building.
