How to put Diagnostic mode on Maytag Washer and Dryer

Just in case if no one does the Diagnostic mode on the 2019 models on the Whirlpool machines, here's the hint or let me show you how does it work.

Thanks for the video. For those that want to jump straight into diagnostic mode.... Ryan show's how to do it at 13:37. You would need to tap this sequence 3 times: Temp, Spin, Soil. So it would be 9 button presses in total, for example: Tap Temp Tap Spin Tap Soil Tap Temp Tap Spin Tap Soil Tap Temp Tap Spin Tap Soil

I have 2022/2023 model washer: MHW 6630HW and it is 1,2,3 as well but on the other side: Delay start, Extra Rinse, Control Lock....but the number increase or up down is the same with "soil" etc. Update... The other way works as well.

Do you ever wonder why it says “Washing” no matter what it’s doing? Why doesn’t it change to say Rinse or Spin? FYI if you take that soap drawer out after every wash and let it dry you won’t get that mold in the drawer or the drawer holder.

Thanks for the video, I have the same washer in getting codes f8 e1 and lo Flo. I cleaned out the drain pipe and I’ve tested all tests the drain pump runs but doesn’t empty it completely. I ran code 12 and when it was finished there was a lot of water left in the drum still. I ordered a new pump but wondering if there is anything else wrong?

I have this same Maytag front loader and it has a few fault codes stored in memory. I left the machine unplugged for an hour hoping it would reset, but when I plug it back in and run through the diagnostics mode, those fault codes are still stored. Do you know of a procedure to hard reset or delete these fault codes from it's memory? Thanks!

I have this as exact machine and I keep getting an E2F0 error code which indicates excess suds. Purr Maytag I ran a rinse cycle But that did not work machine fills up with water agitates for a minute or 2 and then suddenly stops and then suddenly stops any idea on what I could check for that could possibly be it thanks in advance
