Great video! 😃You covered basically all the lessons I learned when I first tabbed a Bible a few months ago. I have your video playing while I tab by new NIV Study Bible. Also, you mentioned that tabs are not necessary. I agree. I have avoided them my whole life. But I tried them on a whim on another Bible, and I found that liked the additional feel of personalization. I will likely tab any Bible I get in the future (that's not too thin or small for tabs, anyway LOL).

I put wax paper under each page as i do it so it will not stick to the next page and so i do not accidentally pick up two pages. I had to remove one. It does not remove easy and will not be perfect after removal-so go slow be careful. These are great tabs i used the exact same ones. When i did it i planned it to line the template with the top of the page and each sticker began at the top of the number, but with a few i had to adjust the start point a bit so the tab could be read in its entirety especially when you have 1 and 2 choronicals. If it is misplaced you cannot see the 2

EXCELLENT Instructions Tatum!!!👍 Maybe Tabbies needs to pay you to redue their directions😆 I have these same tabbies for like a year now and I just put the directions down and went straight to YT 😂 and your video was first on the list. My Bible pages measure 9¼ inches, I guess I would cut it off at the 9 to 9½ mark, what's your thoughts? And Thank You so much for your video, you have made this really easier for a lot of folks!! I do have one question though; would it be worth adding a line between the positioning guide to help with centering?

I figured it out. Only Genesis is only halfway on a page because I can’t get the back off one side. Thank you for your instruction. I guess Genesis won’t have a tab.

Bible tabs are pretty, But they are inconvenient (as far as) if you use things like sticky notes, page flags etc. If you don't know what you're doing, you can tear up your pages up and after the third time trying, I found the right ones on Amazon that were repositionable and forgiving. There are also some really nice ones on Etsy. Unlike some that are permanent, I would rather find ones that have an instructional aide on how to position your tabs. I've messed up some really good bibles because I did not know.

It depends on your Bible tabs honestly, my tabs I was running into the problem of only half a tab fitting on top or bottom so I had to adjust it so I could evenly place the tabs in my Bible. If you don't run into that problem great! If you do you'll need to find a common marker on each page like the top verse or page number to help line up the ruler

I don't exactly know what I would recommend in this situation. I would maybe just try adding them like normal depending on how large the holes are for the index tab you might just be able to go right over top.

@@MACorrupt Taking them off you just have to be very careful and go really slowly. You may end up ripping the Bible page a little. Only peel the parts you have to!
