Been in extreme pain for 8 daywithfractured shoulder almost unbearable even with 5-10 mg oxys you don't want this one of worst pains I've ever endured whole left side is useless ad in 8-10 pain for at least a week going o 2 now good luc

I had a relative measure my arm per your instructions. And ordered a medium according to the measurements provided on your website. The sling is not long enough, it feels really uncomfortable. I have long arms that are slim/ normal in size. The rings are different and the straps are different from the ones shown in your instructional video. also. There is no extra padding on the neck strap. We ordered from your link to Australia. I realized that this youtube video is now 7 years old, have the measurements changed? Can I return the sling for a large size, without extra cost? I have pulled and torn muscles in my left shoulder and I am in pain.
