Try going oversize, with or without tights, and higher boots (the kind that rest part-way up your calf) or low-top sneakers. You could also get a cropped hoodie, with anything high waisted. A "normal" length hoodie, with patterned pants that have a matching color, as well as shoes that have a matching color. Then, accessorize! Go casual with a beanie, or dress it up with dangly earrings, try tying up your hair and adding something onto it
