DO NOT tie back wet hair like this, especially not tight. Hair is more elastic when it is wet and when the hair begins to dry it will lose the elasticity and will then snap under the force its been put under, or or pull the hair out at the root which is even worse cause it can cause lasting permanent hair loss.

Ef this serenade to a headache. I prefer just making a significantly looser ponytail, flattening strays with a touch of gel, tying a ribbon onto my ponytail and using that to wrap up my hair.
