Another great video! I wish I had all this information when I had all my reef aquariums. I would have still had them and not wasted so much money. Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge with us

Thank you again for breaking these ideas down for the general hobbyists! I hope our favorite pet shops that sell these fish will also apply these principles to preserve the health and beauty of these remarkable Marine Fish!

That’s a great concept. Unfortunately i would bet 90%+ don’t quarantine and most likely wont quarantine. Ive been to one store in my time in this hobby and only saw one LFS actually quarantine all fish that come to his store. I believe it’s up to us to practice this method as hobbyists.

Great video! This answers my exact question about dosing Prime that I had after Part 1 video. Just a tip, the audio volume levels between each segments is off. You need to fix the balance.

I agree with your tips.. the problem is the cost of maintaining 2 tanks on the side.. that's why I'm too scared of reef keeping. Maybe have future tips on cost cutting? love your stuff!

Andrew the average person dose not have the resources that you are aspiring too. As far as having a two forty gallon systems I your home.
@insanity42247 ай бұрын
If you are in the hobby I would assume you can afford a couple of ten gallons tanks to QT, given it’s cheaper than losing fish. Also your tank size should reflect your budget, example if you can only afford a nano then use 5 gal buckets to QT in. If you have a 300 gal then you can afford the 10 gal tanks. Personally for my 180 gal I use either the buckets or 15 gal plastic storage tubs that were $10 each. Depending on the size of the fish.
