It depends on how thin the leave out is. Meaning would tint spray blend it. Or if you want to use a Closure definitely use that. However, for it to look, it’s naturalist you or leave out is the best option

How do you knowhow much leave out to use on a client if their hair is thick,short,and natural

The thinker the hair is the lesser the amount of the leave out. The shortness is where gauging comes in. My advice is part out 1/2” to 1” leave out on each side of the part(side or middle part) mold down all the hair that you know you are molding with morning glory. Let that dry. If the clients hair is 2 inches or more in length press that hair out first to see what you left out and have to work with. Then part out your part, take your weave and place it under one side of the part to gauge if it’s to much leave out and how it blends. The key to it is if you leave out a little bit more leave out than you think is easier to mold down a little bit of leave out with a holding spray, or a quick drying gel like got to be than it would be for you to not have enough leave out and the hair is molded down now with product on it so it’s gonna be a matter of you being intentional and taking your time when it comes to this. I hope this helps.

Truly split ends can and will split faster than hair can grow. If you really grow or maintain your length, cut JUST the very dead, splitting ends, then texturize the ends to aid in blending. Snipping the split ends with scissors leaves them in better shape and less likely to split then the razor. The razor leaves a jagged end which will be prone to splitting in the future. Scissors leave a clean blunt cut on the ends making them more resistant to splitting in the future.
