Over the last 20 years, I've been binge drinking at least twice a week. I just started my alcohol free journey, it's been 7 days and your videos and points of views on this subject has been a huge source of of knowledge and inspiration. I don't want AA, or to have to use willpower. So far, so good. Thanks!
