Why we need to always prees the red button in order the handle can go in . ? Can the handle be insert without press it im on my way to become chargeman pls give some tips thanks 😀

Hi Millie, thank you very much for reaching out. - The rack-in and rack-out operations of the MasterPact MTZ circuit breaker must be done with the circuit breaker in the open position for safety reasons. To be sure that the circuit breaker is open to allow rack-in and rack-out operations, action on the open push-button is required when the racking handle is inserted. For more information, please contact your local CCC support
