How to Raid in Earth 2 - Raiding Tutorial

Right, here’s a quick guide to get you guys out raiding and bringing home that E-ther. A complete tutorial on raiding in Earth 2.
I will say you do need cydroids to begin. If you don’t have them, I do have a tutorial on creating those.

So let's begin.
First of all you want to come over to the buy land screen and then click the raid button.
This will open up a list of your properties which have cydroids and you can raid with. You can search for a particular property here and we do also have a fair few sorting options from property size to ready to dispense and so on. These will be useful once you start raiding.
So, once you’ve found a property you want to raid from, click this little green arrow to open up the raid card for that property. Now you want to click the raid button here too. In here we see the cydroids which are tethered to this properties Mentar.
Now we can click up and down or type in to select how many cydroids you want to use. You can either send them all on a raid or divide them between a few different raids. The choice is yours.

Anyone notice that some droids seem to be stuck scanning for essence? I have 4 or 5 that have been scanning the same plot for like 10 hours now!

Charge to 100% and then de-power and it will be retrieved 😊

So how do we automate this process once we have good favorited properties? It would be great to have the droids sent out and dispense automatically on a schedule. I spent 4-5 hours on this yesterday testing about 150 droids. And this was only on 5% of my properties…going to be impossible to keep up with this. It just takes soo much time. Same with jewel slotting. They need to add some bulk / automated options.

Pacey, I have some droids that say "depowered" and it won't let me charge them, does that mean that I have to re-power them again with 5 essence?

You mustn't have powered them in the first place. Think of it as using Essence as a battery. But you cN later take that battery back out

hey there, I cannot select side roids(Bots to invade with) It says I have 4/4, or 2/2 etc for all my properties, but I cannot changed the selected amount, the up & down arrows are both non selectable for me. How would I fix this? Thank you very much

Are all your properties in a mega city or somewhere where there are more likely to be other active users raiding. You will get more in locations where there aren’t other raiders (I assume)

Hi Jason. I do show the steps to charge Cyroids towards the end of this video. It sounds like you're trying to power them instead of charging.

Hi, I've a problem with raiding, I built my first cydroid yesterday but when I click on "raid" I select my cydroid but when I sroll down there are none propriety to raid. Can you help me?

You just mustn't be in range of any other properties. When they release jewel slotting we will be able to raid properties further away.

You would need to collect your E-ther at least every 24 hours to not be raided. Raiding only takes E-ther that would otherwise expire from not being collected by the land owner.

hey pacey. this isnt on the topic of raiding but ive been buying some properties recently but the more i buy the less ether ive been recieving. the other day i had 104 tiles and recieved 28.36 ether. and now i have 234 tiles and only recieved 15 ether. can you think of any reasons this might be? cheers

Hey mate. There was an issues with E-ther spawning yesterday. The dev team posted about it in discord. It has since been fixed though. You should see it return to normal rates from today onwards.

last night I converted about 12400 ether and got just over 800 essence, it worked out about 15:1 if I recall right
