Welcome to the Earth 2 Version 1 (E2V1) Tech Demo where we showcase various progress we've made on building a 1:1 scale planet Earth that you will be able to explore, build on and more. We also opted to share various ideologies and use cases throughout this tech demo showcase to make it more interesting for the viewer and to help visualise how E2V1 could look depending on choices Players make.

The E2V1 footage showcasing in this video was rendered real-time and in-engine.

The Geolocational Metaverse based on a pristine Planet Earth with digital land and ownership from the biggest Virtual Land Registry in the world, corresponding to real world locations.
The Metaverse should not feel like a shoebox or a string of shoebox experiences. Our minds are programmed to be expansive, and therefore the Metaverse should feel open, unbounded and liberating.
We’re not saying Earth 2 looks better than other games, but it’s special because it’s functioning on such a massive scale; and it’s still very much a Work In Progress.
We realise it’s difficult for some to visualise the vision of Earth 2. But pictures can paint a thousand words and we’re sure this footage will help some to better understand our dreams and aspirations.
It certainly shows that we’ve already come a long way, but in years to come you’ll likely look back and realise with further developments we make, that there were still so many things you were not able to visualise about Earth 2, today.

We have come a long way from website being bugged (30 mins to purchase a property) during initial days to the world premier of E2v1 tomorrow. It all started with a vision and Shane Isaac has remained undeterred with his path despite the n number of challenges/backstabs/threats/delays. Where is the gameplay? And how is it different from flying around in google maps? And are you really presenting this low resolution/quality models in a game in 2023(or whenever it gets “launched”)? Seems like something someone would develop for fun on their free time, in a couple of months. How do you plan on implementing multiplayer on this map, when your computer is already struggling to render the map on a local machine? I do not see how you will be able to scale this “seamless” map to a multiplayer network, our computers have not gotten this good yet(even your probably million dollar pc was struggling with this lod200 game)

Crikey. I am beyond excited. My patience has paid off. Seeing this video, and imagining what i can do within my lands... I have some questions 1. Can I customize my avatar? I am a big fan of fantasy 2. Can i customize my ride? A broom with wheels ( ridiculous example) 3. Altho i like futuristic architecture, i also like country architecture. Can we change that? 4. The shape of droids . Can it be modified? I would love my droids to have the shape of a gargoyle 5. Will the land be drilled, blown up, moved excavated? Maybe i like to build a dam and sell electricity 6. Let's say i want to build a ski jet track. How do i do that? Or any other experience not related with drone 7. If i create clothing, cars, planes, ships, or any conceived way of transport as an nft, how do i sell it? I will think of more questions and post them. Awesome work. I truly hope and pray that they achieve what they set out to do. For their gains and ours.

I'd highly appreciate hearing about the following from devs: - Will there be animals in E2? - Will the tier of the property a droid is from impact upon the effectiveness of the droid's raiding ability? - Will the tier of the property being raided impact upon the effectiveness of the droid's raiding ability? - What is the difference between a class 1 and class 2 T1 property?

They discussed animals but that's alot of AI so it likely wont be out in alpha. The difference between Class 1and2 are higher LIT and Class1 is more rare. No the tier of a property raiding or being raided affected on the droid. These were covered in previous questions in the course of the project.

I might add these: - how do portals work? Will I predownload these games or do I download them when entering one? Will they be streamed? - how are you gonna handle thousands or even millions of players in the same world in points of server infrastructure? - how does manipulation of terrain work to build these structures or can I only build on flat surfaces? - what are the hardware requirements for running this? - is there a white paper finally released? Maybe you guys can even answer me some of those.
