Wow, Lisa. This was the icing on the cake for me. So loud and clear. I truly resonated with this 110%. I cannot thank you enough. I’d like you to know that the information you teach in your videos has been the ultimate catalyst in my healing from narcissistic / emotional parental abuse and has been the key to finding self-worth within. This may sound a bit overboard to some, but I have listened to you almost every single day for the past 8 months and I have experienced a shift in my mind I never thought possible. Even when my mother would make a sneering comment on how I never took my headphones off and would condescendingly talk about how the “self-help stuff” didn’t seem to be working, in her eyes.. or when my father would tell me I needed to lay off because I always dive too deep into things and I need to put that focus on more important areas of my life... even after that, I continued to listen. I was relentless. I did not let them stop me. Now I understand the importance of why you should do things quietly and not tell anybody, because their thoughts and opinions can throw you off course, make you doubt yourself, and bring a hault to your healing. I KNEW I was doing right by soaking up all this info into my brain daily. I KNEW I had found my key to becoming aware. I KNEW this was healing me. And you just clarified that for me once again in this video. My therapist comments on how many “breakthroughs” I’m having each session and how intelligent and self-aware I am. It’s no wonder you are the “breakthrough life coach”. I give that credit to you for being the key source to my healing. There is so much more I could say, but please just know how grateful I am for you. You’ve transformed my life in ways that words cannot describe. Love, light, and namaste. -Andrea

Thank you so much for your Grace Andrea--thank you for taking the time to write me and let me know about your breakthroughs and your healing. YOU and people like YOU are the reason I do what I do. I can think of nothing I would rather spend most of my time doing--than helping people find the light within. Please reach out to lisa.romano@lisaaromano.co xoxooxxoxoxoxo And I would like you to know, my parents said ALL the same things your parents have said to you--and I kept going TOO!!!!!!!! I also married my first husband, who was so much like my parents--who also put me down for looking within. THEY WERE WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!! KEEP SHINING XOXOXOXO Your new light is changing the world-------all my love to you today and always!

This makes so much sense that trauma is passed down from generation to generation! I just couldn't wrap my head around how so many of my family members could've sexually abused me. They never got the help they needed, and so the cycle of abuse continued on. Both of my parents did it, and so did my grandfather on my mothers side/grandmother on my fathers side. I'm pretty sure both of them abused my parents in the same way. Pedophilia and incest seems to run in the family and I'm so relieved to be able heal myself from what I've been through, and the tools I've found online have helped me more than any mental health professional ever has. I also never felt validated, and was paying them for absolutely nothing. But whenever I hear videos like yours saying how amazing I am, and hear it in your meditations, it really makes me feel like I'm actually being seen for the divine being I am. That story you told of the little boy had me in tears. I was definitely mocked in childhood for crying, my parents got a lot of pleasure out of causing me pain, or they would be irritated with it. It has been extremely difficult to feel my feelings but I've been working on it everyday, and re-programming my mind. I can't thank you enough for what you offer to the world, and the many others who share themselves on KZbin. I've also shared my story/what I've learned and helped people myself. All you have to do is inspire one person, and they can go on to inspire 10 more people, and then that person touches even more people. It's amazing what we are capable of! Bless your beautiful soul Lisa.

Lisa, this is the most beautiful and profound podcast. I felt swaddled in unconditional loving kindness, warmth, peace, gentle and heartfelt wisdom, caring and a deep an unabiding love eminating from your heart to mine. Truly blissful. I know your words touch many deeply and help to heal the wounds we have been so asleep to. Gratitude is my prayer. I listened twice...so far! I love you!

your words hit me like a steam roller...the two tornados metaphor, oh my gosh-- that's exactly how it feels. I finally feel like I connected with someone that understands how I've felt all of my life: unwanted, unloved, not good enough. you are that person that understands me and we've never met! thank you for your work. thank you for your incredible insight. 🌼😊🌷

No response needed (ego's tamed thanks to you! 😎) - Just wanted to acknowledge your gifts to humanity. Duality is right! Even Tara Brach gets triggered and slips back into "trance" occasionally. 😁 It gets easier. So interesting to pause and observe. Star seed shifting. Namaste, love. ❤

Thanks again Lisa. I really love the tornado analogy. I can really visualize being stuck in one and working so hard to get to the other. I tell myself to "stay in the HALO." Higher Awareness LOop. It keeps me intentional and mindful. Thanks again, beautiful earthling!!

This is my favorite of yours yet. It's so powerful, so profound. I have saved it, to listen to many times. I also like the cadence you're using with your voice now - the calm, slow delivery makes it easy to let it sink in, and really try to "get" what you're saying before you move on. Thank you so much for all you do. I'm in the throes of an ugly divorce from what my therapist calls an extreme covert narcissist. You have been helping these last 5 months - so you can add Hawaii to your list of places you reach.

hi Lisa. thank you for amazing videos. I listen to you before I go to sleep every night . ohh btw im from South Korea :) my culture is creating co-dependancy. and being a codependant is the way to be a good "mom" a good "woman" which I start to see these dynamic as I learn more about co dependency. I really want to do the exercise making list people I surrounded. but I can't remember much from my childhood. in this case, how can I do this exercise ? thank you.

I think that it’s not just emotional pain that is passed on in your emotional body and in your cells... I think diabetes is also transmitted - not just genetically - but also as the memory of starvation or famine. In your cells and in the behavior you witness in your family around food. Their relationship to food and this memory of scarcity.

Oh my gosh Lisa! I could absolutely die right now. Your videos, advice, everything makes so much sense. I have been trying for over an hour to attach an email I wrote on the 1st but am a bit duh, when it comes to computers. Is there anyway at all I could send it straight from my Gmail box or do I have to use your form? My children are in deeply, sickening and horrible conditions. As am I but my concern is for my now 9 year old daughter and 11 & 1/2 year old son. Taken from me at just barely 4 and 6 & 1/2. Oh my gosh, what can I do? No one wants or cares to help them because Mom was left with nothing but a box spring & mattress. Oh and a $200,000 life insurance policy in hopes that I die??? The marc, ex of over 15 years, forced divorce, left Mom homeless & penniless, married the babysitter within a year, live in what was MY home in MY maiden name, sleep in MY bed (kept same one) but most importantly SHE is proudly raising MY babies 😥 I will try to send email but the hurt for my core, my soul is unbearable. What can I do for MY children??? Please help!

Right now focus on healing the vibrations in you so that when you are ready to do what you need to do in the future--you are full of great light...A wounded soldier is no match for a ferocious lion...You must heal first dear one...
