I wish I would have known this 27 years ago. My son got mixed up with the wrong company. Now if he gets a job, he earns enough to get what he wants + alcohol then quits his job. Your idea is fantastic! It's a little complicated for a single parent. But if I would have known about it I would have simplified it and made it so it wasn't so much work for me. I encourage you to write a work book. Not to complicated. I can see where this might encourage greed. I'm hoping I just didn't completely understand. Kudos to you for raising money wise children. I understand it sounds a little complicated in a quick video, but once you write it down for yourself and get started, it really goes quite easy. We do not have any trouble with greed at this point, if anything it has caused our kids to be more giving because they have the ability to earn and we encourage them to give, it has been a great thing for us. I hope things work out for your son, Christ has been the greatest change in our life, and it could be something that would change his as well if he can go down that road.
