I am based in the US and I’ve done the same searches you did but I am not getting any AI Overviews. Thoughts?

When do you think AI Overview will be seen in the UK and is there a way I can test ideas out with it before it does?

It's expected to come out within a few months in the UK. Some people there already have it. With testing, it depends on what you're referring to. You could build a test site based in the US and targeting US content, for instance, but most of the correlation studies people have been doing indicate it's not super complicated, so instead I'd focus on making deep content on your site that aligns with question-based searches Overviews are more likely to display on. If you're curious if they'll run on a given query in the UK, run the same search from a virtual location in the US and see what pops, using it as competition content research.

You tell us how you got into the Magic Overviews section. What you didn't tell us was - how long did you stay there?

There's a lot of yoyo-ing happening with AI Overviews, so we'll see some of our clients pop in and out of some queries, but for the majority we've seen them last for several months.
