There's also a bonus for having all 4 grandparents being from a different family, which amounts to a boost of 4% to all stats if the parents were both level 100 when fused so your caps have a bit more room to grow if you want to go after that. The slime family gives bonuses to HP, Agility, and Wisdom so having a family tree full of Slimes like that Golden Slime means an 8% bonus in those categories from the parents, and an 8% bonus in those categories from the grandparents for a total of a 16% bonus. HP 280*1.16=324 MP 750 Attack 430 Defense: 1200 (-28)=1172 Agility 850*1.16=986(+28)=1014 Wisdom 1030*1.16=1194 Because of the Agility and Defense values we can also deduce that the Golden Slime has a size value of 22. Size-50 is the penalty to defense and 50-Size is the bonus to Agility.

This is correct. I made a spreadsheet of the different stats reaching max potential for each of the trees, you wnt to have the 4 grandparents of your monster be the 4 families that all boost that specific stat. For goldslime, you'd want HP to be maxed, thought you can also choose agil/wis since those are the other stats boosted by slimes. Therefore, if you combine the 4 HP monster types, (slime/drag/undead/??? trees) then you can increase HP by the 8% HP from parents, 8% hp from grandparents, and 4% of all stats from different family grandparents to create monsters with 20% of a stat bonus. You can also slightly alter a couple more stats depending on which of the 3 monsters you have as grandparents is passed down to be the parent. (if you want more atk/wis, you would have the ??? be the parent alongside the slime) If we want to have an increased Wis on the slime, you would want the parents to be Slime + ???. This would give you a final result of +20% HP, +8% MP, +12% Atk, +4% Def, +12% Agi, +16% Wis.

Good work to both of you and a huge thanks for sharing this here. It's stuff like this that is super valuable to learn since there aren't many resources regarding the topic out right now.

Thank you for sharing that. Where did you learn this?

URLs don't play nicely with youtube comments I don't think, so it's from the DQM3 category on hyperwiki which is a Japanese wiki. Lots of information there including the percentage chance of egg exclusives, the exact damage for all the skills, and such and such. An English player named MetalKid also has a site where he's trying to import all this information into English

Thanks! Just got done with a couple weeks worth of work. I have some free time to break more of the systems in the game down so you guys can get the info without the fluff.
@denton71311 ай бұрын
can you break that stat with the shiny thing?
@MonsterGuideYT10 ай бұрын
It's pretty easy. Sparkling monsters have a random base stat increased by a total of 100 by level 100. I am unsure if there is anything that determines how they hatch with it right now, but from my own experience I can say so far it's random to me.

Is there a site or way to know what each monster stat cap is? So talents can go past the cap? Say if a monster has an ATK cap of 1000 but i put Atk booster 4 those points will be able to take it pass the 1000?
@MonsterGuideYT10 ай бұрын
There is, but it's a convoluted process. I am making a video now on how to maximize monster potential, and will link to the site in it.

Will it work just by fusing level 100 monsters to your monster of choice over and over again? It feels too tedious to choose and pick what to fuse with.

I feel like there are absolutely monsters that will be the most efficient set of parents. The perfect ones I've made so far have been from monsters that I curated for specific stats, like Calasmos for attack and Gem Slime for wisdom/speed/defense. I don't think just synthesizing the same monsters over and over will yield perfect monsters in a timely manner.

Wondering if this method will be the same as mine i have Ramia Gemslime True Dragonlord and Grandpa Slime at thier caps at the moment

Feels like it needs more digging into the game. One of the tools I use present the families of parents & grandparents has having an influence on those cap. You didn't even talk about "shiny" monsters 🤔nor monster sizes. Don't rush, the game hasn't been out for even a month, it's too early & rushed for a "how-to" video about such a complex subject.
@MonsterGuideYT11 ай бұрын
Days after releasing this I have already capped out 4 monsters' full stats using this method. Like permanently capped out. They cannot get better. Using certain mons as grandparents might speed the process. I mentioned in the video that mixing the stat pool feels like it be faster than just using 16 of the same mon. I've seen multiple tools suggest multiple things so far, and I am all for finding one that efficiently shows how to cap monster types. The sparkly monsters are only a 100 base stat cap increase and it's random every time, and I covered monster sizes in my Synthesis Basics video. Stat caps for large monsters are just increased from the same caps for lower monsters. I have a perfect standard Large Ramia now that shows it. These "how to" videos are for people interested in creators' findings, and I wouldn't have posted it had I not verified through multiple attempts using the method. I appreciate your concern for people "rushing" content, and where I agree that some creators might get over-zealous to try to be the "first," I just don't care about that. I care about putting info regarding the game that isn't in abundance yet, and that we as players need to know, especially regarding competitive play.

@@MonsterGuideYT I'm not even interested in the competitive play, I just want to understand the methods and math going on behind it. Thanks for your content.

Jesus :/ pvp is insanely tedious
@MonsterGuideYT10 ай бұрын
It always is. I used to tutor competitive Pokémon and it's just as tedious, though I will say this game makes it a little faster seeing as how you can farm lvl 100 mons in like 20 mins.
