Hi , This is really helpful. Real keen on knowing how exactly do we get to know whether a particular company is going to provide sponsorship and where to search for those specific companies.
@InTheNorthCanada

There is no such platform specifically to find companies which give sponsorship. That is why networking comes handy.

I think you are raising expectations. There is no reason to sending so many messages to recruiters for making a connection on Linkedin. Why? Because for the next generation, these expectations will be harder and higher. Please don't make everything so difficult just to get likes on KZbin.

Hi Thank you for this video, I am facing major challenges in getting responses from the talent acquisition team, I want to apply for jobs from the UK to Canada, Need your help on how to be more efficient in connecting with people in Canada. And the last question will be, how easy it is to get a job from the UK to Canada? Thank you for reading.

It depends if you already have a valid work visa / PR for Canada. If yes, then it shouldn’t be very hard. Be consistent woth your efforts, keep customizing your resume as per the job you are applying, keep your LinkedIn updated and never stop networking. But if you do not have a valid visa then basically you are applying as a foreign worker. And to hire a foreign worker, any canadian employer would need an LMIA approval from Canada govt which is hard. In such cases, I have seen things getting clicked within a couple of months for some and a few years for others. And that too if you are in IT as that is where most of the LMIA approvals are given

@@InTheNorthCanada Firstly, thank you for your acknowledgement. Secondly, Currently, I don't carry a visa at the moment. And I am applying for the Business Analyst role. So, should I keep applying for jobs or I go with express entry to get a visa and they start applying for jobs? Thank you.

Hello sir recently i started watching your videos, and i got a lot of things to learn from your channel.. sir i am 23 year old and want to work as HR manager in Canada, but one thing is annoying me so much, That , I don't know it's real or not , perhaps you can clarify my future vision.. People says HR is female dominance Job profile.. there are less chances for a male candidate to go ahead in this job .. sir i am extremely worry about this.. i already wasted my 2 years i wanna take admission in MBA HR.... Meanwhile this question is hitting my brain again and again..... In Canada is this true that preference would be given to female over male as an HR job role.. please please please reply sir ,, your fee seconds attention can save my career, , And,is it possible to get good job in Canada from an average college 😬 lower middle class students can't afford IIM XLRI Or IIT..
