@@MaggiesMusings I’d show a picture but not sure how to….but approximately 18 hours is all it took to grow 2 inches above my marker. I don’t even remember how long it’s been since I fed the starter. I used part of it after pouring off the hooch and then stuck the original back in the fridge. I’m going to feed it another day or two to make it more gluten strong.
