Ive read this book and started out committed to following these principles. Unfortunately I went back to my old reading habits a few weeks later and went on for longer hardly applying anything I’d learned. I appreciate your summary because it refreshed me enough to come to my upcoming reading plans skillfully and with a mindset of practicing a skill, like an axe I will continually sharpen for life.
