Great video I started my own roofing business and I have a question about the insurance claim . I did a roof that gave a home owner an estimate then he refused to show me the insurance claim

Why would he need to show you the insurance claim. Your bid should be based on what you believe you can profitably do the job for, not on the max the insurance is willing to pay. This allows the homeowner to shop for competitive prices. There is no "need" for you to know the amount the insurance is willing to pay. If your bid is too high, negotiate, but the consumer doesn't have to give you his max as part of that negotiation.

@@ernestgoodly8452 competitive prices?? If the homeowner goes with the cheapest quote hes not saving money they saving the insurance money. The homeowner is not keeping no money, because the insurance company is goin to write the check for what ever amount the contractor bid the job.
