I wish I had the energy to think so hard about games. Usually I play games to relax if you tell yourself that you play to relax and then think as hard as this consider if you are relaxing or not.

I get what you mean. It seems hard from a spectator POV but after a while, the mental load isn’t that much. You just start doing things naturally. Me explaining it while I was doing it probably made it seem more involved.

Once you are in the zone it's a pleasurable sensation going through familiar thought patterns, rather than struggling with something new.
@nebnebit4303 Жыл бұрын
@@Kuiriel I understand now. If you can get into that form of concentration, you can do well on the game which will boost happy emotions after playing because you did well.
@nebnebit4303 Жыл бұрын
@@CatalystHD this is of topic but as long as you are not repeatedly killing new players then there is no problems with playing this well.

Really sucks when people know where the spawns are and police them. Thanks for the stream of thought gameplay, though. Very enlightening.

Thank you for this! this is what we really need as a beginner ! open field is what makes it more difficult and give us confusion on where to reposition

talking and shooting is definitely impressive but also helpful to hear for us. thank ya!

Great job, your ability to hear and place an enemy, above , below or anywhere else is remarkable. I use a headset, but find it hard to locate them by sound. If I crank up the volume, the other game play is deafening. Also your insane accuracy, keep these coming.

This is a great run down, the meta of each map and their spawns would be a useful set of videos. On footsteps, I apologise if you've answered this elsewhere, but what do you have your audio set to in game? I mean 3d headphones, stereo or headphones, etc. I use decent headphones and always just had it on stereo in the past for the clean sounding audio. Nothing fancy in your equaliser etc?

Loved it! What was the gun you were usjng again? I heard it mentioned a few times throughout the video and wondered what the grind is to unlock it

I try to do what you do, i make similar choices, try to use cover, get the high ground, watch the minimap, go for flanks, listen for footsteps. I played first person shooters since 1997, and in this game no matter what I do, always get shot from 5 different directions, or there's always someone from a random angle just strolling through my own guys undisturbed and i swear just beelining for me. The second I put my head out of a rock i get maybe one or two potato dudes when I'm lucky then some level 9000 guy with full red badges blast me from half the map away with perfect accuracy. Like... it's frustrating :|

ive been teaching my dad battlefield games since bf4, and this is exactly what he says everytime he plays it. i feel bad because i get top 10, and hes in the bottom 10😢

This is exactly the type of video I want when I look for a game guide because I have 0 game sense unless iv been playing a game for like a year so knowing what you look out for and what makes you want to move positions should improve my gameplay a lot

Best tip that got me from middle of the scoreboard and 0.75 K/D for years since BF3 to top 3 and 3.0 K/D is having played Insurgency for a year and thus learning not to depend on a minimap but to listen to my surroundings. Also aiming is silly easy after Insurgency's recoil 😄

Very good informal video. Thank you sir. I do have a question. You mention foot steps often. Are your team players/squad footsteps picked up. Or is it enemy footsteps only that we hear? Thanks.

At 13:56 I used Windows Magnifier and noticed that you hacked the grenade to move at an abnormal angle resulting in an unfair kill on renowned pro player TheGoonSquader. Consider yourself reported sir. All jokes aside, solid video with a lot of great information. Hope to see the breakthrough one soon!

Well for me right now I’m struggling on 2042. I guess I’m trying to be to aggressive when I need to slow down and not be playing so fast.
@unlimitedfundzz6397 Жыл бұрын
How do you take in all that information with your eyes without getting overwhelmed?

Talking while doing it makes it seem more overloaded than it actually is, but really it's just years of experience.

I was wondering if this games worth it idk when next bf is coming out but I thought about buying 2042 and should I hold out wait till a sale how's the player base cause even on steam its getting not so good reviews so I'm hoping to not buy a somewhat dead game like how hardliners was even tho I enjoyed hardline
@CatalystHD Жыл бұрын
Wait for the game on sale. The game is cross play so the player base is healthy enough.

I'm a console player, is there anyway for me to get to your level? If not I plan on building a PC setup anyways(also watching you play is like makes the layers your against look like bots lol).

The ceiling is definitely higher on PC, but it is totally possible to reach this level on console. Some of the best players on PC I know were players that reached similar levels on console.
