I have question, If you control with AQL 1.5 and check Code L with 200 pcs and find out 8 pcs NG (8/200NG) , after that you continually check until 315 pcs totally and not find out any part NG more (8/315NG), how to judge for this case? Acceptable or Reject?

If I had a lot size of 8, GII inspection level, customer wants AQL=1.0%. Under ISO2859-1, single sampling plan, sample size shall be 13, but my lot size is only 8. Shall I do 100% inspection, or I can still follow under GII inspection level which is sample size = 2?

You do a 100% inspection if the test is non-destructive.
