The Periodic Table is our most important tool in Chemistry! This video is a basic introduction to the periodic table of elements and how to read it. We will learn what all those colours mean and who was the first to put the elements in a pattern like this (Dmitri Mandeleev). We will quickly introduce the periodic blocks, and the groups and trends that occur on the table. At the end I'll walk you through some study activities and even a craft you can make using the periodic table!
