THANK YOU! My snowblower was leaking gas into the oil. I never knew if I had a spring somewhere on my float until I seen your video and now I know I don't so thanks for that! The small gasket on the intake valve that you showed was only part there on mine. I ordered the same parts you order and will let you know if it took a good look of my problems. Again thanks!

Wow...thx for the vid.....finally figured out how to get the carb off a 1350 series snow blower....didn't realize the long threaded pins that were through the carb and held the air screen actually were able to be unscrewed...although I thought it was odd the way the ends of the screws were shaped......assuming it works haven't tried it just yet...instead I removed only the float bowl, but the convoluted gasket was hard to get in place without the carb being off too..I lined it up on the plastic side for now.....the float bowl and needle valve etc. are in front of me as I type....

There are channels on the bottom side of the emulsion tube that will hold that main o ring in place while installing it on the carb. Also you'll have less chance of damaging the oring for the fuel inlet if you put it over the plastic instead of in the hole

The bit for the bolts you use the 6 sided 5/32 socket on, are called inverted torx sockets.

A Constant Speed engine on a rototiller should fun in transport mode. I put a 7hp engine on mine when the 6hp Tecumseh got too hard to start.

You have a lot of videos that are helpful though. I have a Troy Bilt Pony tiller that belongs to my mom. She bought it used, and the identification tags are gone. I have it running really well, but I am having drive issues, and I can't find any information on it without knowing the model number. Do you know of any way to find out what it is? I can't even find a picture of this particular model online, and Troy Bilt said that the engine number I gave them doesn't show up in their database, so I am guessing the engine was replaced on this one at some point too. I guessing it was made in the early 2000s by the styling and remaining decals.

A search for Troy-Bilt Pony will give a variety of options / years for that model. I would look at pictures/parts diagrams to try and narrow down the apx. year that yours was manufactured. Knowing the apx. year can help find parts.

I don't even bother doing anything with Nikki carbs anymore. They never run right, and the parts are either expensive or not available. I just throw them in the trash. I will switch to Walbro if one is available, or just throw in an aftermarket. I can get an aftermarket cheaper than a gasket for a Nikki, and the aftermarket run better in most cases.

Walbro carbs are overpriced and unavailable for older lawn and garden equipment. Also, walbro rebuild kits are missing vital parts such as jets, accel pumps, check valves. Not a fan of walbro. Absolutely agree that knock off unbranded new replacements are preferred

You must not have used a Airens tiller. My dad had one and could swivel handle so not walking in where it was tilling. It was a beast of a tiller. Never had any trouble with it. It was heavy, had all cast iron engine.
